Flexible manufacturing
We solder circuit boards in integrated applications and cables in medical technology – often under a microscope. We have both the expertise and the equipment required for the highest precision.
Soldering
Our staff maintains a high level of assembly and manufacturing. All are trained according to IPC-A-620 and are accustomed to handling different types of cabling and the high quality requirements that are set throughout the chain.
Mounting
We have automatic machines for single conductors as well as several semi-automatic machines with a large number of applicators, which makes it possible to handle a wide range of conductors and fittings.
Vending machines
All cables are tested before delivery. If necessary, we can extend the testing with:
• Tensile tests
• Crimp height analysis
• High voltage testing
• Continuity test
Test equipment
We ensure full traceability and provide complete CoC documentation. We can handle everything from pure manufacturing to projects with high demands on documentation, traceability and PPAP documentation.
